The record Domenech is nearing completion. According to France Info radio quoted a source close to the matter, the French Football Federation (FFF) has sent a letter of dismissal to his former coach, Raymond Domenech, who is still an employee of the National Technical Directorate (DTN). Information that Fernand Duchaussoy, acting president of the FFF, neither confirms nor denies. "While he has not received his letter, he does not know, I'm not going to make a statement like that … The process is supervised," he said Saturday.

Domenech could also blame a serious mistake to FFF

The nature of the dismissal is not known: misconduct or not. According to France Info, the first solution was chosen.Three facts are alleged to Raymond Domenech: not having shaken hands with the opposing coach, Carlos Alberto Pareira after the match against South Africa, having read the famous mutineers release of players and not telling Escalettes (former President of the FFF) qu'Anelka had told him in mid-time of a technical analysis of a certain depth. In the eyes of the FFF, all this would be a "serious mistake", leading to immediate dismissal and up to the door without compensation.

A decision that could challenge in conducting the case before the tribunal. And for two reasons: firstly, Raymond Domenech no longer occupies the position he held when the facts alleged against him, on the other hand, it can be argued that Laurent Blanc, the new coach of the Blues assumed his duties before July 31, or the formal end of his contract of coach of Team France. In other words, neither party would have an interest in this case to go to the tribunals of one hand not to tarnish further their respective images and the other not to turn this case series.

"We'll go faster"

Where an amicable agreement between the two parties would be found, the former coach of the Blues paid about 12,000 euros a month on fourteen dates as all employees of the FFF, could affect up to 340,000 euros, according to the Parisien. Le Journal du Dimanche progressed, the last weekend, the sum of 500,000 euros, and France Soir, "between 1.5 and 2 million euros," it is ten days.

If one believes the words of Acting President of the FFF, it would move more towards an amicable settlement. "We will go fast, Raymond Domenech wants too. There will probably be a negotiation. It is not a business like any other, but we, like others, a business, "he says.

After the low-fare success (Dacia Logan), the self-proclaimed "cheapest car in the world" (the Tata Nano), here is the ultra-low-cost Avtovaz. The Russian group, 25% owned by Renault, will launch in late 2011 a new model, the Granta. It is primarily for Avtovaz to appoint a successor to its ancient Lada Classic, which dates from 1966. Replica of the Fiat 124, the Lada is still the second best selling car in Russia, with its sole asset prices: 170,000 rubles (4,300 euros).

Avtovaz does not leave this market segment to competition from China or India. Granta is sold 220,000 rubles (5,600 euros). A price that is far below that of a Logan entry-level, hence the idea of the ultra-low-cost.

The rest is a matter of industrial process and sharing platform, the concept dear to car manufacturers and enabling them to lower their production costs. The Granta benefit from the platform of the Kalina, a model launched in 2004 which has not met with great commercial success. "Renault has helped teams Avtovaz to improve the quality of its models," said a spokesman for the French group. In addition, Avtovaz build its new city (of a size comparable to a Twingo) in its factory in Togliatti, 1,000 kilometers from Moscow, where labor costs remain low.

Tomorrow, the export?

For the Russian manufacturer, it is not missing the boat. This will be the first model launched by the "new" Avtovaz. However, the group really need to burnish his image and give it a quick facelift.

The Granta is primarily intended for the Russian market. But, like other Lada, it may be exported. "Renault will use this model was not defined e ', do you know in French. Everything is possible.Includes entry into the Western market for a new model even cheaper than Logan (7,600 euros in entry-level, excluding promotions).

Through Avtovaz, Renault approaching the threshold of new symbolic price of 5,000 euros which had underpinned the launch of the Logan, they are not reached by the group. For now, only few Chinese manufacturers and Avtovaz succeeded. In other words, there is no new car, responding to Western standards to 5.000 euros. The Granta could come fill this gap.

Other models of the group will soon be built at the factory in Togliatti. Beginning in 2012, adapted versions of Logan Lada station wagon and van will be manufactured, followed by Nissan, Renault and then two. A location of production that overcomes the prohibitive tariffs imposed by the Russian government.

Droughts and fires will they bring Russia to its knees? The Russian government admitted on Tuesday that recent weather events will cost between 0.7 and 0.8 growth in the country. Without this unprecedented heat wave last half-century, the Russian economy would have increased from 4.4 to 4.7% in 2010, according to a first estimate unveiled by Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach. The final cost of these disasters should be known in November.

"The extreme heat and smoke from fires have forced businesses to close their plants or reduce their production schedules," according to economists at HSBC payday advance lenders. "The productivity of those who have maintained their production has declined considerably." These climatic events were particularly affected the agricultural sector. Wheat production is expected to drop by and third. What make analysts more pessimistic than the government: they think the heat wave is expected to cost a point of growth.

Russia, however, had started the year well, with a growth rate of 2.9% in the first quarter and 5.2% in the second. "In the third quarter, the activity should be particularly weak and a scenario of stagnation can not be ruled out," HSBC economists said.

The Paris Bourse started the day on a slight gain: 0.31% to 3536.95 points. In London, the FTSE was up 0.30% to 5211.05 points in early trade. The German Dax climbed 0.20% to 6017.19 points.

Markets are still clinging to macroeconomic announcements, only able to move the index in August. On Monday, the Institute has unveiled a Markit composite PMI index in France to 59 points in August against 59.7 in July. This is its lowest level in five months. The services PMI index stood at 59.9 against 60.5 expected and 61.1 in July. For its part, the manufacturing PMI stood at 54.7 against 53.4 expected and 53.9 in July, its highest in two months.

The rest of the week promises to be loaded including unemployment figures in France in July (Wednesday), the new home sales and durable goods orders in July in the U.S. (Wednesday) and weekly entries to unemployment overseas (Thursday).

The hesitation may yet be well on the markets on Monday. After closing largely under the 3600 points on Friday, down 1.30% net, the CAC 40 should be difficult to get out of the red zone. With two weeks of decline, Wall Street does not give signals of optimism. For their part, Asian markets are very hesitant, juggling between gains and declines for several sessions. At the Paris Bourse, the key index also remained febrile throughout the week, erasing gains from one month to return to its levels of July.

Note that the side of currencies this morning, the euro is still on track against the dollar. He won 0.12% to 1.2714 dollar.

Values follow

Until the weekend, charged in half-yearly publication, the day of Monday is quiet on the side advertisements.

Brussels plans to dismiss the complaint against the French state by telecom operators Orange (France Telecom: 1.27% to 16.30 euros), SFR (Vivendi: 0.06% to 17.66 euros) and Bouygues Telecoms (-0.37% to 32.43 euros) in the allocation of the fourth 3G mobile license to Free (Iliad: 0.25% to 68.59 euros), La Tribune reported Monday.

GDF Suez (0.46% to 25.09 euros) is interested in acquiring sites for storing gas sold by Exxon Mobil and Shell, valued around one billion euros, according to a report in Le Figaro on Saturday.

Carrefour (-0.22% to 35.67 euros) will launch a new concept of hypermarkets to address the erosion of its customers.

The absence for several days, any public information on the new presumed interest of Sanofi-Aventis (0.73 to 45.30 euros ù) for American Genzyme could mean that both sides have begun discussions, says Geoffrey Porges, an analyst at Sanford Bernstein

Alcatel-Lucent continues its annual forecast, after presenting its results for the second quarter. The telecoms equipment maker has finished the past three months with a net loss of 184 million euros, equivalent to a net loss per diluted share of 0.08 euro. This net loss is worse than the result recorded in the same period a year ago, which then displayed in the green, to 14 million euros. But the quarterly net loss marks a clear improvement over results reported in the previous quarter, during which the group had lost 515 million euros.

Alcatel-Lucent is delighted especially to see its operating profit return to equilibrium. Adjusted data, it is 28 million euros, or 0.7% of revenues. In published data, it remains negative, at -45 million euros, against 130 million euros a year ago, and -263 000 000 euros at the end of first quarter 2010.

Low activity in China

The group's turnover was slightly lower on a year. In fall of 2.4% over the second quarter of 2009, it stood at 3.813 billion euros, or 17.4% more than during the previous three months. The effects of consolidation and exchange rates were favorable to the group on the quarter. Adjusted data, the turnover of the second quarter is apparent down 6.9% year on year, but it remains up from the previous quarter (+11.8%).

"The momentum has been strong in North America with a double-digit growth and the trend has improved in the world, lower income there is much less marked than in the first quarter. The revenue decline in Europe has remained the order of almost 10%. Finally, Asia Pacific has experienced a double digit decline, due to low activity in China, partly offset by significant growth in India, "the company said.

An improvement in adjusted gross margin

The group's adjusted gross margin rebounded to 36.1%, an improvement of three points over one year and by 3.5 points compared with the margin achieved during the first three months of 2010.

Alcatel-Lucent is confident for the second half. Ben Verwaayen, the CEO of Alcatel-Lucent, promises to "maintain a strict control of costs and expenses." He anticipates a "second half of 2010 supported, thanks to a growing backlog.Additional benefits are expected in the coming quarters. "

The group believes that "despite the shortage of components that still impact our supply chain, demand for telecommunications equipment and related services is recovering." He believes that the growing market for telecommunications equipment will be between 0% and 5% this year. In this context, Alcatel-Lucent intends to achieve an operating profit Adjusted between 1% and 5% of its revenues.

Between business and ecology, this is not a love story. More than half of French companies reported that they did not intend to invest in sustainable development, according to a survey * BVA-line today at the Ministry of Economy.

Results that "contrasts with a poll CGPME March 2010 in which 81% of SMEs said they had" built into their thinking "on sustainable development, says the summary of the study.

From there to pass the act … "There's still a gap between thought and investment," says Bercy. Is it lack of interest? To avoid additional costs? The study does not answer. But she notes that the average conceals wide disparities by size of business.

Only TPE is a majority (56%) not intend to invest. From 10 employees, companies have either already invested or plan to invest.

The SMEs are medium sized (50 to 249 employees) the most advanced. "Without doubt they react faster to trends." Nearly half have already invested in sustainable development.

Larger companies (more than 250 employees) are slightly less likely to have invested, but they are twice as likely as mid-sized SMEs intend to do.

Companies that invest the most say in the sustainable development belong primarily to the agricultural sector, construction and services.Sustainable development is probably made by these companies from an environmental perspective, "these sectors more than others is subject to obligations or strong incentives matter (fertilizer use, emissions of greenhouse gases including ) "concludes the study

* Survey conducted by the Institute at the request of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Department of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform.

Conducted from May 26 to June 10, 2010 with 701 business leaders, HR and Executive Committee members.

Photographers, cameramen, and around 70 MPs, including several tenors Socialists (Francois Hollande, Jean-Marc Ayrault) belonging to other committees, however … The Social Affairs Committee of the Assembly, Eric Woerth who auditioned Tuesday, just after presenting his plan to reform pensions in Cabinet, had on Tuesday an unusually busy. She was visibly much at the media-political context and the importance of the bill to the agenda. The audience was also gradually scattered throughout the session … And if the Left has repeatedly expressed its disapproval loudly – a ruckus usually reserved for the Chamber – is inside the text she attacked.

The fate of the Pension Reserve Fund has attracted the most virulent attacks.Introduced by Lionel Jospin and supposed to help pass the peak of demographic imbalance between contributors and pensioners, beginning in 2020, the FRR will finally be used to offset deficits in coming years, pending the promised balance by the government in 2018. "Your reform is shortsighted, accused DSK.The holdup on the Pension Reserve Fund is to penalize future generations. "

PS She also found that the device "hardship" (starting at age 60 with full rate, subject to a disability of 20%) returned to "say people who are disabled or sick are entitled to be found invalid or sick " instant payday loan no TeleCheck.

"A good balance"

Labour Minister regretted the "distortions" and recalled that this device, combined with the long careers (early departure for those who started working before age 18) should cover 100,000 people per year in 2015, a new retiree on about six.Earlier, Eric Woerth was held, in an interview Capital.fr that the threshold of 20% was a "good balance", seemingly closing the door to a significant change – and potentially costly – on this point.

Not a word left, however, to challenge the alignment of the contribution pensions of officials on that of private sector employees.

The majority, she has power, supporting a reform considered "essential," "urgent," "fair" and "effective". Jean-Luc Préel however, raised a question: "I have some doubts about the economic forecasts that seem optimistic," said the member of the New Center.

Meanwhile, unions have reaffirmed their opposition to the reform, gathered before the Ministry of Labour hundreds of activists, including Bernard Thibault (CGT), François Chérèque (CFDT), Alain Olive (UNSA) and Bernadette Groison (FSU).

LE FIGARO. – The network of ERDF is it as bad a condition as the report says the CRE?

Michele Bellon. – First of all, I said that not only this report is not new, but it has not been validated by the CRE. On the merits, ERDF has not slowed its investments in the network. For three years, the curve has inverted the contrary: in 2009, investments have been 2.3 billion euros, up 13.5% compared to 2008. This year we should exceed 2.5 billion euros. In general, it is less the level of investments that benefit them in sharpening our thinking today. We are in discussions with local communities to effectively address all the weaknesses of the network, where it is necessary to optimize the operation.

The cutoff time for users, however, increased significantly …

We must compare what is comparable. I read for example that this time would be cut almost doubled since the early 2000s. Except that we have had unprecedented weather events over a very short period. In 2009, the two storms Klaus and Quentin have been very disadvantageous to our infrastructure. However, thanks to the exceptional mobilization of the company, 90% of customers have been replenished in four days, this period has been reduced to two days during Xynthia in early 2010.If we ignore these weather disasters, the comparison with other European countries shows that in this field, France is well positioned.

An increase in transmission tariffs is necessary?

The problem is not only the issue of tariffs. However, the company is imposed today a number of benefits that do not fall directly within its original specifications. In particular, we assume a significant portion of the costs of connecting wind turbines and photovoltaic systems. These are considerable, but they could be allocated for maintenance and strengthening of the network. I would like, in the near future, the funding of new services entrusted to ERDF is fully identified and compensated.ERDF acting course for development of renewable energy, but we can not only support this growth.

ERDF is in the crosshairs of local authorities, who point to a poor quality of services. What say you?

We have renewed the dialogue. I want to strengthen the territorial proximity with officials, it is even more essential that the unions, which provide electrification project management in rural areas, are members of the National Federation of Local Authorities and licensors.

Unemployment is leveling off in the euro area. 10% in March 2010, the unemployment rate adjusted for seasonal variations remain in effect identical to that for the month of February. A year earlier the rate was however lower at 9.1%. The EU as a whole is a bit lower at 9.6% in March 2010, also unchanged from the same month a year earlier, Eurostat said on Friday.

So these are 15 million unemployed in the euro area accounts in March, 23 million for the EU-27. In one year, Germany is the only one EU country to have recorded a decline in unemployment, falling 7.4% to 7.3%. All other countries saw their unemployment rates increase because of the economic crisis. But are Latvia (the rate jumped to 14, 3% to 22.3%), Estonia (from 7.6% to 15.5% between the fourth quarters of 2008 and 2009) and Lithuania (from 8.1% to 15.8% between the fourth quarters of 2008 and 2009), which record the highest increases in the EU low fee pay day loans.

If it were up to now difficult to find a tandance about the evolution of unemployment figures, said Societe Generale's analysts now tend to think that the situation should improve in the second quarter.

It should be noted that the rate of female unemployment is still slightly higher than men (10.1% against 10%), but posted a much lower increase. The youth are always the most affected by unemployment, with a proportion of 19.9% in the euro area and 20.6% in the EU.Spain and Latvia beat on this sad record, with respective rates of 41.2% and 44.9%.
